Highlights: location, and Oscar, the host/guide. This area is remote and breathtaking and if you want to stay here, this is the only way. The canyon hike w/ Oscar was terrific and the volcano loop is cool too. The property itself is *very* run down. We booked w/ Airbnb but the onsite hosts did not seem to expect us when we arrived. We had a different cabin than our reservation said--not sure if others are in better shape, but ours had a broken chair, the porch almost falling off, nails and splinters on railings, very dingy inside, mattress the worst I have ever paid to sleep on, one worn towel, torn sheets. The place felt in great disrepair. Elsewhere on the Internet we read of a nightly cost $18-30/night, more like a park hut, but through Airbnb we paid nearly $90 per night. Seems like someone is pocketing profit, because Oscar is certainly not getting it, and it's not going into maintenance of the property. Be aware, it's much more rundown than photos appear.

The scenery was beautiful and that cabins were very cute. the floor boards creaked kind of loud whenever someone walked so not great if you're a light sleeper but I didn't mind it

La vista del amanecer o atardecer frente a las montañas es inmejorable, las fotos del lugar coinciden con lo que se ofrece. Solo pasamos la noche ahí pues íbamos de camino a otro destino. Muy bonito amanecer, un paisaje memorable.
