This private Executive 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need for comfy stay including deluxe cooking facilities, dishwasher and laundry within the suite. It’s a 3 minute walk to No Frills Grocery Store, The Black Dog Pub, an Italian Restaurant and a convenience store. Rouge Hill Go Station is a 15 minute walk then a 30 minute train to Downtown. Rouge Beach and Rouge National Urban Park are a short walk. The Metro Zoo is a short ride away. It’s ideal for 2 guests/visitors • 4 max The One Bedroom Apartment has a full kitchen with a full sized fridge, stove and dishwasher plus a kitchenAid toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker as well as dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. You’ll easily be able to cook everything you need right at home. It also has a Napoleon Natural Gas BBQ ready to use right out the back door! It’s a Chefs dream. It has a dining table complete with 4 chairs for eating meals. It also has a new 65” Samsung TV in the living room and a 30” Samsung TV in the bedroom when you want to kick back and relax. It also has a full private bathroom with a sink, toilet and bathtub/shower combo right within the space. The apartment has a king size bed in the bedroom and a pull out queen size upgraded mattress in the sofa bed. You have a Maytag washer/Dryer right in the unit for your own personal use. You can book the larger gazebo in the summer with the host. Parking for one car is included. No parking for guests/visitors unless agreed to in advance of booking. All guests/visitors must be registered. 2 TTC Bus stops are 3 minutes walk from the house. Rouge Hill Go Station is a 15 minute walk from the house for a 30 minute train ride to downtown. A convenience store is a 2 minute walk. The Black Dog Pub and Pasta Tutti Giorni Italian Restaurant are a 3 minute walk. No Frills Grocery Store & Pharmacy plus Beer Store is a 5 minute walk. Tim Hortons, McDonalds, Mucho Burrito, Starbucks and Eggsmart is a 15-20 minute walk. Rouge Beach is a 15 minute walk and so is Rouge National Urban Park. Toronto Zoo is a short Uber ride away. Paul's home was the perfect haven. Large space, with all the small touches needed to make you feel welcome. I must say, it's one of the best places I've ever stayed through Airbnb. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable, the unit is very private, there are a lot of different TV streaming options, and delicious food options nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Rouge Beach (15 minute walk from the House) • Part of the larger Rouge National Urban Park, Rouge Beach Park is located at the mouth of the Rouge River and is one of Toronto's swimming beaches. The Rouge River and its main tributary Little Rouge Creek flow through an area that remains largely undeveloped. Early eighteenth-century explorers named the river for the red colour of the water. Red clay in the river's banks give the water a distinct red colour as it flows towards Lake Ontario.

By Car • The Place is close to the 401 with the closest main intersection being 401 and Port Union Road.
