The location is very peaceful and very convenient to the towns of Benbrook and Fort Worth. The place has lots of room and very clean and well maintained. The Host, Joe, is very nice and responsive.

Joe's cottage is beautiful furnished and immaculately clean. Its location is convenient for both Dallas and Fort Worth, and you can easily drive to shops and restaurants although we would have preferred a few shops/restaurants within walking distance. It was thoughtfully supplied with tea, coffee, water, snacks and a bottle of champagne (a Godsend after a long day of travel!). The rooms are a great size and tastefully decorated. If we were visiting this area again we would definitely stay here and would highly recommend the cottage to others.

A cute and cozy cottage with all the necessities - and a few extras! We enjoyed the beverages in the fridge and the coffee selection. The filtered water was also very much appreciated. We all slept well; the cottage and surroundings are peaceful and quiet! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here for a weekend and this cottage had exactly what we needed for our family of four. It served as a good home base for us and we appreciated being able to stay in a nice place!
