Enjoy some country air and pasture views in our country chic barn apartment Behind the gates of our 30 acre family horse farm, make yourself at home in our lovely little barn guest house. On the side of our working horse barn you’ll find that the beautiful rustic interiors encased in natural wood and stone await. You won’t be roughing it however, as high end appliances, comfortable linens, and high speed WiFi are ready for your use!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the small horse farm and hope to visit again. The host was very responsive. Expect lots of activity below the largest bedroom as there are horses and workers. We enjoyed the horses and barn cats.

Our home is only about 10 minutes to downtown Rome, 10 miles from Darlington school, and 8 miles to Barnsley Resort. We live on a peaceful winding country road. Several of our neighbors are farmers. Please drive slowly on the road as there are often elderly people walking dogs, and on rare occasions there may be a pig, horse, or cow on the loose.
