We had a wonderful stay. The set up was great. It was just as described. The balcony had a view with the best of views. We had a view of the beach surfers as well as the lush mountains. Close enough for a stroll of the shops and the water in one outing. Jayden’s team was super responsive. When we found that we needed a door battery change done. It was done quickly and pleasantly. Thanks to Jayden and his amazing team we were able to really relax and enjoy our vacation! I would stay again!!

Pros: We were very very close to the beach, my older family meme er had no problem walking the 5 min walk to the beach. The parking garrage is confusing at first but easy to navigate with provided directions. the place was clean and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Laundry was close and easy to use, you can even pay with your phone...so cool! Hosts were very acomodable and responded to all of our needs as soon as we reached out, which was very helpful. The beds in the room were very comfy and the ac worked GREAT! Cons: The place was smaller than the pictures made it seem and there wasn't much space to put our luggage or hang our towels. There were cockroaches unfortunately....we killed over 30 during our 8 day stay. They did come spray once notified, and there was a can of raid under the sink (so it's a known issue). The pull out bed in the living room is not comfortable for sleeping and we had a guest that was using it as her bed for the stay.

The place was located a very short walk from the beach and also had a bunch of extra items such as beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas which was helpful so we didn’t need to buy any ourselves. The parking was also extremely nice as we didn’t have to find or pay for additional parking which freed up our plans to explore the island! The place was also very clean and had a bunch of modern furnishings. Hosts were extremely responsive to questions! Would stay here again!
