房子很漂亮，内部设计也比较适合家庭出游，有小型的厨房和吧台，可以简单做些早餐。周边很安静，便于入睡。小区内也有游泳池。出海的话船公司也会派人上门来接，如果租一辆车的话去海边还是很方便的。

Home is cute with plenty of sleeping/living space. For the price, it seems like a steal. Towels and linens are provided and everything in the home worked. However, we did encounter issues during our stay. 1) Upon arrival, no one could find the provided address including our grab driver. We ended up zooming in to surrounding locations and using that to pinpoint where it was 2) the house # where we were staying is not what we were given so we almost walked into an occupied space. 3) No one answered the chat when we had issues or all weekend to help with motorbikes (something they list help with). Eventually, we got someone on the phone to help us get in. 4) Every bed linen had stains..blood? 5) Beds are extremely hard /tough to sleep on 5) There were roaches. We checked out a night early due to these issues and immediately received a request for utilities. I’ve never written a bad review before. Beware. Phuket is beautiful so we spent minimal time in the Airbnb thankfully!

The 3 bed villa is within a mooban with a holiday park feel. They are managed by a team and you are allocated on arrival. It is great value for Phuket. Location was good for us as we wanted to be close to Naithon beach. The middle bedroom has no windows which was the main downside. When you arrive you have a chat group with a ‘concierge’ team. On the whole they were responsive but did ignore a few of my questions. Overall we would recommend and return again.

This was a good experience- the place looked like the pictures and aside from small things, everything was great. Except the electricity charge felt like a tourist taxation at its highest. 7BHT per unit, when in truth the current rate is around 4.50 BHT. Didn’t feel great about that, but what can you do 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
