We loved our stay here, as it accommodated our large group and the property was beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a lack of communication from the host Patricio. Airbnb messages were never responded to and replies to text messages were hit and miss. We only recieved the checkin instructions when requested by text and no checkout instructions were provided through Airbnb or when requested. A huge safety concern was that the balcony off the master bedroom on the top floor had no railing, was not blocked off, and we were not informed of this at any point. Some other minor critics were a lack of towels (not enough for 15 people to shower & hot tub), the hot tub wasn’t warm enough to use on arrival, and appliances on the main floor could be faulty (as evident by almost every dish being covered in dried in food on arrival). Overall, I would definitely stay here again but there is some room for improvement.

Patricio's place was perfect! We rented it for a bachelorette weekend, and the space was beautiful. Lots of communal space for cooking, the property is beautiful, and it was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful home and property! There was more than enough space and bedrooms for us, the kids and grandkids (12 of us in total). However, there were several disappointments: The owners were there and still setting up when we arrived at the check-in time. The hot tub was not working (we were not told until we arrived). The fire pit was just a circle of bricks with no seating. The kitchen faucet leaked badly - the owner did come to try to do a temporary fix but that didn't help at all. The dishwasher didn't have any place for the cutlery. There was another smaller kitchen in the basement so we had to carry all of the dishes, glasses, etc. downstairs to wash them. The heating needs to be looked at (closets were like a sauna and bathroom like an icebox). The hot water only lasts for 1-2 showers. Not ideal for a home that can hold up to 15 guests. Patricio was very responsive to messages. This was a new listing - many fixes needed - perhaps a little rushed making it available to rent.
