outside is not very welcoming but the apartment is nice and modern inside, it is a gated apartment complex so we had to wait until a car exit for our Uber to go in which was an inconvenience (had to pay extra to our Uber for them to wait 10 minutes for us to go in) the gate key was not on the table as the instructions stated. The host stated that the previous tenants lost it, but it would’ve been nice to know beforehand. We left to grab dinner and couldn’t get out the gate. Called the host and mentioned that we could not get out & he stated “he didn’t live close” when I asked about how long it would take for him to come. We managed to get out after waiting 15 minutes for a car to finally exit the complex. Coming back to the apartment the same issue we could not get in, called the host once again until we finally received a gate key at 9 pm at night when we checked in at the 3pm we were already in bed and did not need the gate key anymore. I will not be staying here anymore.

Just no consist hot water, no response or follow up about gate entry keep and the landescape was not kept up at all

It was hard to get in and out of the gated community because the security guard wasn’t always available. The condo is very nicely decorated and it’s close to the airport.

We needed a place that could sleep 5 people, minutes away from the airport, free and safe parking plus self checkin since we were arriving so late. Ramon’s place checked off all the boxes and we were happy to stay there. Everything was as described and finding the place and getting inside was easy. Would recommend if you’re looking for a safe place near the airport.
