Little Palm is a newly renovated, 70's inspired bungalow conveniently situated near historic downtown, beautiful beaches, delicious restaurants, and other attractions. Enjoy two comfortable bedrooms, a open concept living room that opens into a well-stocked eat-in kitchen, and a relaxing backyard. After exploring the oldest city in America, come enjoy two comfortable bedrooms with queen sized, memory foam beds. Chill in a colorful living room with original wood paneling, a neon palm tree, smart TV, and card games. Enjoy the unique and fully updated kitchen or grill and dine outside at the patio table that seats four. Relax and soak up the sun in the backyard that is fully fenced in, so your pets will enjoy it just as much as you!

We loved that Michelle’s place is centrally located, and easy walking distance to the Old Town Trolley. The place was also super clean and had everything we needed. If we ever find ourselves in St Augustine again, we will definitely be staying here.

The only negative comments are: 1. no detergent for washer 2. no broom for sweeping the debris that was tracked inside from the rear deck 3. no tv in bedrooms 4. need more mirrors All in all, our stay was just great! Would definitely recommend.

Located on an Oak lined street right off San Marco. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Down the street from Drake's Bistro - a local favorite serving sandwiches and soups, and a 10 minute walk to Dos coffee - serving coffee and cafe favorites during the day and wine and small plates at night. Only 1.5 miles to downtown and 2 miles to Vilano beach.

The driveway fits two cars.
If you'd like to explore St. Augustine on foot, downtown is a leisurely 25-30 min walk. If you prefer to drive, the city maintains a large parking garage off of W. Castillo Dr for easy access to downtown.
The 1st stop of the Old Towne Trolley Tours is located at the Old Town Museum, which is only 0.6 miles away. Start and end your day there and explore downtown from the Trolley!
