Upon arrival, the house surroundings, such as landscaping, yard, driveway needs some TLC. However, once inside the place - it was very clean. I was no where disappointed in my room, although small, and the bathroom. Accommodations were wonderful. I was lucky enough to be the only tenant using one of three upstairs bedroom, so I had the whole place to myself. There were no TVs in the bedrooms so the Internet was a must to use my iPad and had no issues. With my code to the front door, I could come and go as I pleased. Ice was available in the refrigerator in the kitchen downstairs. In terms of value of what I paid, it was well worth to stay. Logia was a wonderful host and very nice lady. Veronica, my initial contact, always responds to any questions I may have.

La casa es limpia, confortable, tiene habitaciones amplias, la cocina está muy bien equipada, el entorno es muy precioso. La casa está cerca de un bosque y tuve la suerte de ver un venado pasar, parece que en invierno los venados se acercan a la casa así que es un bonito espectáculo. La casa puede tener algún detalle que pueda molestar a cualquier futuro inquilino como el piso de madera que cruje cuando uno camina, que el segundo baño esté lejos de la habitación, pero todos estos detalles desaparecen si se les compara con la gentilidad de la dueña de casa que atiende a todos como sus propios hijos. Fue una muy grata estadía.

My stay was amazing. Ligia is a wonderful host that made me feel right at home. The house is located next to the forest so it has beautiful surroundings and it was nicely furnished. Everything was clean and she was incredibly attentive. I am so happy to have stayed here and will do it again in the future if I ever need to go back. If you choose this place, you will not regret it.
