it was comfortable enough, I stayed for 30 days. The places is being cleaned at least 2 times per week. it was super fair for the price; conveniently located a few meters from the 125 train station. only feedback is: you need gas detectors, you never know if the people staying there is going to forget turn of the stove (actually happened).

I really enjoyed my stay there. It was easy to get to, and easy to take the subway to all the places that I needed to be. The host responded quickly to any issues I had, and it was well worth the price. Loved it.

It’s a great location. The Subway 125th is right at the doorstep. M60 bus which goes straight to the La Guardia airport has a stop less than 5 min. However, do note that the front door will always see some homeless wandering around. But they did nothing to us. The moment you entered the unit, you will feel at home. The shared bathroom is not a concern at all. Although 4 rooms were let out, we never had an incident that we need to queue for the bathroom. Btw, there are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is a plus. We made our daily breakfast. My concern is the bed that was too soft, but I guess it’s a United States standard. You will occasionally heard some noise from the street. Light sleepers could be of minor concern.

Very nice stay, very clean. Great, Efficient communication with the hosts. Lovely ambiance. Close to everywhere we visited in the city. Highly recommend this stay.
