It is a great location if you want to be close to UCT's campus. The building feels very safe and the amenities are really nice. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. As for the amenities in the apartment, it was sufficient, but it would have been nice to have at least some salt and pepper to cook :)

Our stay at Dean and Mandy's spacious apartment was exceptional. The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a plethora of amenities including irons, hairdryers, and even unexpected surprises like an ice pack, a carton of milk, spices, and delightful tea cookies. Such thoughtful touches exemplify the dedication and generosity of our hosts, making our stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning soon.

Mandy & Dean’s apartment felt like home away from home. It was exactly like the photos published. The check in was smooth and the security staff very helpful especially Thando. I loved the many amenities that are a walking distance from the apartment. The bed was super comfortable as well. Looking forward to my stay here next time I am in Cape Town.
