Whether you’re looking for a place to stay a couple of days, weeks, or months, this luxurious basement apartment offers a spacious environment with the perfect touch of style, comfort, and sophistication. Enjoy the electric fireplace, office, reading nook, and your own private spa bathroom. This suite has its own private entrance and is located in a very peaceful cul de sac with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The home is located just 20 mins outside of DC. Suite comes equipped with a full kitchen, living room with sectional sofa and Smart TV, one bathroom with a walk-in shower, one bedroom with a king size bed and walk-in closet, an office desk and extra monitor for working from home, a bonus sitting area with a pull-out sofa bed, and an outdoor private patio.

Everything was BEAUTIFUL!! JUST LIKE THE PICTURES!! Carl was very welcoming and fast in replying! The neighborhood is very peaceful and the restaurant he recommended “Jerry’s Seafood” was AMAZING!! My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay!!

If I could rate this space more than 5 stars I would! Run don’t walk to book this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway that’s still close to the city. Only 30-40 minutes from DC and Baltimore. Such a beautiful neighborhood and space. It’s honestly so beautiful and the space is much more spacious than it looks in photos. You will not be disappointed 🙌🏾

The space was as advertised, very private and a first class accommodation. Directions and instructions were very clear and the space was very comfortable and stylish. The bed was super comfortable.
