Our stay at James' place was great! We had the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that we needed. Love the area...close to everything...walking distance. We never really had to ask him for anything because we had plenty of everything. Our dogs loved the fenced back yard. Our visiting sons and grandchildren enjoyed the pool table. Thanks James!

James was a superior host. Quick to reply and always helpful. Very friendly as well. We had a great time, and found the location to be awesome. All the shopping centers were so close you could walk. I also took my dogs on walks in the Neighborhood and parks were also close. The house was comfy and quiet and we loved the beds and pillows! Our dogs had plenty of space in the yard to play as well. One of our favorite airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

Checked in same day that we booked as our previous place didn't work out. Showed up to place and it wasnt cleaned. Bedding wasnt clean, bathrooms, nothing. It was just as if someone left and nothing was done yet. Contacted James, he was very kind and apologetic stating his cleaners couldn't come earlier and he forgot to black out our check in date. He offered for him and his wife to come and clean it at 7:00 pm but it would take several hours to do the laundry. Having kids, we could not do that, so we got a hotel for the night. James was very kind and refunded all of our money. I'm sure the place would have been fine if it was clean. We didn't even see everything for me to comment if it matches the picures. It was unfortunate to have another bad experience in the same week in Phoenix. We were 0/3 this week in AirBNB rentals.

Came for a quick weekend away with our extended family, and this house met all our needs. Great location for an event at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park. James was good at communicating prior to our stay, check in was a breeze, the home was clean, and came with all the amenities we needed.
