Great stay, close to everything . Very spacious and clean. Stayed with wife and kids and everyone slept like babies. AC and hot water worked perfect. I had a chance to work from The location and wifi was great. There’s and no phone service whatsoever but the wifi compensated. It’s pretty off the grid but at the same time close to beaches , restaurants , bars. We loved it and want to stay again!

It is indeed the first time I have had to write a review like this. I do not recommend this place at all for short-term lodging, as it is not worth its value for anything, let alone a vacation. It is situated in a neighborhood where, upon our arrival, neighbors were engaging in suspicious activities with substances. The parking lot is uncomfortable, the access is inconvenient, the exterior photos are misleading, and the perspective is different. You do not feel safe, as it is far from everything and the roads are uncomfortable. Inside the apartment, it is very clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Upon arrival, there was a slight dog smell, but nothing too bothersome. Although it looks new, the area is not suitable for Airbnb. It might be suitable for long-term rental (maybe) I regret having to make these observations, but no, not everything works for short-term rental, and this place is an example of that.
