We have spent beautiful 3 nights at the villa. The space is very suitable to accommodate a big family. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the garden. The grownups enjoyed the nice golf view surrounded by the palm trees.

the location is great, just an 8 minute walk to the beach. the store close by is pretty well stocked with essentials and is a 3 minute walk. I have a large family and the host is very accommodating.

The villa location is really good which is walking distance to service area (supermarket and food trucks) and sports courts. The garden in the villa is very spacious, furniture level is ok. However, the level of cleanliness was very disappointing when we entered, the kitchen was very smelly, the seatings in the living area and outdoors were not clean, in addition to spider webs all over living and dining area. Also the sink in one of the rooms were not working. The villa had a very nice terrace overlooking golf and lake, but unfortunately you cannot use it as there is no chairs to sit.
