Ashling's place was great for our group! It was centrally located to the activities in Memphis, had plenty of space, full kitchen and a pool table. We had a wonderful time staying here!

Pros: -Ashling was very quick to respond to messages -Host allowed us to check in a few hours early when I mixed up the check-in date (very helpful) -Use of a washer/dryer was very convenient (detergent was provided also) -Large bedrooms -Location was quiet, rarely saw any people on the street Cons: -Kitchen and bathrooms are in need of major updates -Standalone shower had what looked like mold inside of the glass door -Leftover bits of snack were left in a corner of one of the bedrooms, needed more thorough cleaning -No TVs in bedrooms (this wasn't a big deal, just wanted to watch a movie in bed at night)

Our family enjoyed the peaceful spaces offered by the house, from large bedrooms and spacious common rooms inside to outside in the backyard under the trees. The neighborhood was quiet and located within easy access to Memphis attractions. We would definitely stay here again.
