Host very responsive and went above and beyond helping with some things that came up. You may share the pool with not only the tenants but there is another Airbnb on the property so whoever is staying in that Airbnb you may share the pool with as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, comfy bed and the space was clean and just as pictured. Would definitely come back & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot to friends.

So clean it felt like we were the first to use the apartment. Just be aware of the bathroom situation that’s listed in the description! Quiet neighborhood. Pretty walkable to some good places. Only note would be that the pool wasn’t clean enough to use. But not a big deal. We’d definitely stay again!

Overall this was a great place to stay in Austin and a good location for all of the things we wanted to do downtown (lot of walking and scooting, but totally doable). It was quiet and away from busy roads. The space had everything we needed and the host/co-host were very responsive. The king bed was actually two twins, with that separation in the middle that is less than ideal. And the pool (which was a big reason we chose this place) was not kept clean while we were there, therefore we didn't use it at all. But generally this was a good value compared to most of the listings we found in the area.

The studio apartment was perfect for me and my husband. The space was super clean. Had a washer and dryer which was so nice. As in the description, there is no bathroom door giving you privacy. You just figure it out. There's a nice balcony with chairs to relax while someone is using the bathroom. There is street parking. Perfect location for getting around. We enjoyed dinner at Aba which was delicious and beautiful (you must get reservations a month out) and had breakfast at Paperboy (it's not all that it's hyped up to be) it was mid as my boys would say. Skip Franklin's and go to Terry Blacks BBQ! Don't forget to go watch the 1.5 million bats leave under the congress avenue bridge. They leave every night around sunset. And don't skip out on going to a Buc-ee's! Grab yourself some warm cashews, you'll thank me! Austin is a treasure.

We were very happy with our choice! The spiral staircase is much higher than we anticipated! Be careful- with the morning dew I actually slipped and fell hard, splitting my elbow open. We were thankful the hosts had a first aid kit available! Make sure you bring sleep masks because the loft is bright bright bright! But A+ for the hosts. They were kind, responsive, and flexible. We would recommend to our friends!
