first of all. i consider this place is a great place to say. my comment is specific to an issue that happened to me. plush service came to me and claim that i need to pay extra rm120. this is because, there were pee and blood stain on the sheets. i politely declained to pay with reasons: 1) they already charge clean fee 2) this kind of thing is expected by hotel/homestay accomodation. its not new and bizarre 3) they put mattress protection which is known for its waterproof features. if their mattress proctection defective, why should i be held responsible for it. due to this defective, pee stain able to reach the mattress surface later on, i change my mind, i believe its better for me to pay a portion of the claim. its because, i am too at fault. unfortunately, plush service still seeking 100% of the compensation. therefore, i have no choice. but to raise another issue. they failed to provide key to unit, failed to address call for fix. causing a severe security issue for me.
