A beautiful place to come on holiday to and stay. Home away from home. we were given this listing as an upgrade which had become available. Prasad kindly offered this to us and we couldn't have been more happier. would love to stay at the place again in the future.

Nous voyageons sur ce voyage à 11 en famille. Nous ne devions pas avoir cette maison initialement mais une autre villa de Prasad un peu plus petite mais suite à un problème technique avant notre arrivée nous avons été surclassés merci à eux ! Nous vous avons bien aimé cette maison et son emplacement tuk tuk disponible au portail. Point très positif la piscine très grande attention sol un peu glissant en périphérie pour les enfants. Pour le reste la maison est bien équipée et dispose du confort cependant une petite mise à jour du mobilier et de certains équipements comme les climatisations qui sont pour certaines dans leur jus et un peu bruyante serait la bienvenue. Attention évacuation des eaux usées pas au même niveau dans toutes les salles de bain pas de soucis car il y en à une par chambres. Sinon Chanaka ( contact direct de la maison) et son équipe sur place sont aux petit soins pour passer un séjour agréable. merci à eux.

In summary - Dated and in desperate need for maintenance. It looks like property would have been nice to stay about 1 year ago, but we were highly dissatisfied with the current state and had to cut short our stay. Let me be very objective and note down the pros and cons. Pros- 1. All the amenities as mentioned in the listing was present. 2. Property was quite large and the care taker Silva was quite helpful at the time of check in. Cons- 1. I will start with manager Dimuth who was very disinterested in showing around the property and addressing our below concerns. He went away without solving the issues and came back only after escalation. 2. The central Aircon didn't work properly through our stay , as a result it was very hot and stuffy as the rooms were closed 4. There were just too many mosquitoes and pests, and no mosquito net or repellent provided 5. There was no drinking water and the water dispenser was faulty. 6. There was live wire in the swimming pool which itself unclean

We had a great time at the villa. Place was very clean and tidy. Chandrika, Ajanthi and Suranga were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. We highly recommend this villa and hope to visit again very soon.
