Portfolio one bedroom apartments has its pros and cons. The pros would be the location. Situated right in the middle of Welwyn Garden which is great for easy transportation. Another pro would be the size of the one bedroom apartment. Perfect size for 2 people. The customer service was very quick as well. The cons would be the fact that their right next to a restaurant which is constantly loud at night until the morning with the sounds of glass bottles being thrown into barrels, cleaning of the restaurant, music and voices. I would wake up several times through out the night. The next con is the upkeep of the apartment. Walls need a good coat of paint and dishes could be more clean. The last con is the Ikea furniture. The couch was not at all comfortable.
