Anabela was very responsive to our communication and had no objection to us shifting our checkin. The appartment is very spacious, well furnished and the neighbourhood is very safe although a bit far to walk to Viseu centre. The cons were that one of the bedrooms is not well sound insulated and one can hear the neighbours in the evening. (Nitvthat the neighbours were loud but we hope we did not disturb them). Also it would have been appreciated if we had a working t.v. which our previous tenants failed to report.

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs we've stayed at! A very tastefully renovated farmhouse with visible rock walls and wooden beams, modern, spacious, and fully equipped. We felt right at home - but unfortunately, there were some downsides: There is an issue with the power which needs to be addressed urgently. It went out every time we tried to cook or heat water. Since we stayed there in a chilly and rainy week, it was hard to keep the place warm, despite the portable heaters. The location is inconvenient, when without a car: it's half an hour to walk to Viseu or travel by Uber/Bolt, since busses seem unavailable. Lastly, it would be nice to communicate directly with the parents who manage the place, rather than going via Anabela, who is quite responsive.

Espaço agradável e confortável e localização Tranquila. Isolamento sonoro a melhorar, algumas quebras na eletricidade. Dentro da expectativa. a repetir possivelmente mas de verão!

O isolamento sonoro da casa não é dos melhores, conseguimos ouvir tudo da casa do lado. Desde paços a conversas, em certas ocasiões parecia que estavam na mesma casa que nós. Tirando isso a arrumação e limpeza estavam bem e quem nos recebeu também foi atencioso.

Lugar muito aconchegante e agradável! Como estávamos de carro foi muito fácil e rápido nos deslocarmos até o centro da cidade e outras regiões, caso contrário daria uns 20 min de caminhada! A anfitriã sempre foi muito solicita. Tivemos uma experiência muito boa!
