The cottage is very cozy, small but with its own patio and wicket. The apartment is close to the city center in a pleasant area with a tram (very convenient to get to the central part of the city). Zorica is a wonderful hostess who helped with all questions and did the registration for us without any problems. Thanks a lot!

The place was very clean and tidy, and Zorica is very friendly.. its not that far from center it took us 10mins to get to the center with bus.

This is a nice and quiet place in a great district, with lots of decent street-food restaurants, bakeries, and a grocery not far away from the apartment (2-3 minutes' walk). The apartment is in a 1-story private house with an adjoining territory, situated among mid-rise buildings. The house has a courtyard, the apartment has a separate entrance, and there is a gate to exit to the street. The location is within 5-minute walking distance of major bus/tram routes by which you can get to the city center in about 10-15 minutes. Zorica is a great hostess, responsive and caring. She was very flexible with check-in and check-out hours (special thanks for that) and helped me with the mandatory registration with the police, even though I almost forgot about it. I stayed there for three days, and I would definitely recommend this apartment for short- to medium-term stays (there was no washing machine at the time of my stay, but the hostess promised to install it in the future, so stay tuned).

Cosy stay, warm and has everything you need. The location is not overly central but it's very well connected to every important landmark. The street is calm and there are stores and public transport stations nearby.

I really like my stay at this place. Apartment was cosy and clean. Zorica was a great host, she was very flexible with the hours, she helped me find a place and also find a taxi to the airport. I highly recommend!
