Overall we had a great stay - the place was very clean and recently renovated. Very comfortable, good beds, and basic things like towels, toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent etc were provided. Having two showers was also great. Francisco was also very friendly and provided local recommendations. (!) however be aware that parking in Gijon is really an issue. It’s incredibly difficult to find a public parking spot. We had to park 10min+ away from the place from our arrival onwards which was less comfortable and rather quite inconvenient. Moreover, good to also realize that the building is really in a residential area (as indicated in the description). We thought this was fine and maybe even quieter - which was the case but we noticed it took quite some time and more planning to enjoy the city and be more spontaneous. Def recommend using a Bird scooter or taxi or drive to beach parking.

El apartamento está muy bien, el personal de limpieza se nota que trabaja bien y el apartamento está muy bien equipado. La atención que nos dió Laura fue excepcional, atenta en todo momento y muy agradable. Para repetir.

The host couldn’t have been more helpful and the place was comfortable, clean and very well located. It was also very well equipped. Will definitely stay again!
