Theera has one of the best beach views anyone could ask for; the property is located right on the beach and we enjoyed the music of the waves crashing on the rocks through the night, leading to the most peaceful sleep. The property is large enough for at least eight persons to stay comfortably. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will be back during the monsoon to watch the rain, the backwaters, the sea and the sunrise and sunset at Theera. Not to forget, we loved the friendly Blackie, the dog that stayed outside the room and guarded us through our stay!

Awesome place to stay in Cherrai.. Host was very responsive.. Caretaker Shafi was always available for help.. Most impressively we had our immediate connect with the guard of the house Blackey.. A very intelligent and friendly pet dog.. He will won’t even allow a crow to sit on the trees to disturb us.. We’ll look forward to visit again soon..

We had a wonderful time there ! The view from upstairs overlooking the sea is just breathtaking. And Blackie ‘ our guard dog ‘ was a delight . Our kids just loved him. The beach was very clean and we loved how private it was! Be cautious while climbing the rocky wall to go onto the beach. It’s a bit tricky and uneven especially for the elderly . And do not miss the Kuzhipally beach which is just 800ms away ! Micheal and Priyanka were wonderful hosts and Shaji the caretaker was very helpful
