Property Layout : Ground + 1 Villa Let me walk you through the space : *Bedrooms There are 4 Bedrooms in the Villa. One Bedroom are on the Ground Floor and 3 Bedrooms are on the First Floor. All bedrooms have air-conditioners. All bedrooms have queen sized beds. Extra bedding can be provided on request(Charges applicable ) *Living Room The living room has a sofa seater for 6  people There is a TV in the living room. *Bathroom The Villa has 4 bathrooms. 3 Bathrooms are attached to each bedroom and 1 Bathroom is a common washroom. Basic toiletries are provided. Towels are provided. Geysers are available in all the bathrooms. *Kitchens and Meals The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, RO, gas range and a toaster Light cooking is allowed  Cutlery and crockery are available. *Outdoor Area The villa has a private pool The villa has an outdoor lawn *House Rules  Pool Timings : 10am – 10.00 pm Music not allowed in the outdoor area post 10 pm. Soft music can be played indoors provided doors and windows are shut. NO LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED. Swimming costumes are mandatory to access the pool. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas of the Villa The Villa is pet friendly *Additional Amenities Secured parking space for 2 cars is available A inverter is available, in the event of a power failure.  Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests, if required.
