We are two travelers who stayed at Chem's condo for a week. After staying at hotels for a while it was very nice to have a separate bedroom and a kitchen. The kitchen was moderately equipped and pretty small but you could still make and heat up food. The amenities are great including a fantastic pool and great gym on the top floor. The rooftop view is amazing! We went to eat at the restaurant one night but it was closed for the holiday. We also used the washing machine which is outside on the balcony and the drying rack was there as well. Communication was quite easy and not the owner but his aunt met us in the lobby and showed us around which was very helpful. There's also a laminated copy of some recommended places to go in the neighborhood. Everything is walkable from there, across the street is a sports bar. Also near baccar street area. Bed is a little on the firm side for me. Overall a good value.

Clean, safe, and great place to stay. Very responsive. Apartment had all the extras needed. WiFi was strong and consistent. Location is perfect. Would book with Chem again.

Absolutely wonderful! Our three-week stay at this apartment exceeded all expectations. Perfectly sized for a couple, it quickly felt like home. The hosts provided everything we needed, and even went above and beyond by arranging a deep cleaning service for us. Communication was outstanding from the start, with prompt responses to any questions we had, never taking more than 10 minutes. The building itself is modern and quiet, with occasional outside noise that didn't bother us. And the pool – simply stunning! For those working remotely and traveling, the stable and reliable wifi was a huge plus, as was the real desk provided. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again on our next visit! 😀

Appartement très agréable avec une belle vue et une superbe piscine à l’étage supérieure,dans un quartier où les restaurants ne manquent pas et géré par une équipe très sympathique. Je recommande donc vivement l’appartement de Chem Monyodom.

our host was very responsive and extremely helpful. within the home there are laminated sheets with restaurant recommendations among other things. the location is very convenient with markets and restaurants on every corner nearby. the view from the place is also probably the best I've had so far on my trip through Asia!
