Krys was very responsive from the time I booked to check out. The unit was extremely clean also had all amenities for our comfort. Krys and Patricia went above and beyond to ensure concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I was skeptical at first; however, this experience exceeded my expectations. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely be back. Thank You everyone.

This was my first time renting with Krys but it surely won’t be my last! She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my entire stay. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Bigger and even more beautiful in person! Private, secure parking. Modern and beautifully decorated.

Excellent location! Lovely apartment!! However, this listing uses a lot of automation. This made communication difficult. I booked nearly a year in advance for Trinidad Carnival. Although rates are significantly higher for this season, the host was minimally responsive until closer to the dates. I had to follow up multiple times for basic requests that affected my trip planning. Check in & check out felt over done especially after such minimal communication. Three people checked us in and the host’s assistant took our picture during check-in. Check Out info consisted of multiple messages to every form of communication given but then the property manager sent a whole different message about check out at 1:45AM. Check out was 11AM. The cleaners were there before 10:45AM. I personally wouldn’t stay here again only because of the communication and business model. The actual location and apartment were perfect though.

This place was as advertised and more. It was like your own little oasis complete with high walls, gated entry, and a beautiful courtyard. For extended stays, the grocery is across the street. The term walking distance doesn't do it justice. Complete 5 star service. Patricia was amazing and always one call or text away. I look forward to using Krys' properties for all of my future stays. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would recommend this property 10 times over!

Great place to stay and very convenient to supermarket and restaurants. The place is very clean and felt like home. Thank you for being very responsive to the questions I had when I arrived. When I go back to Trinindad I will definitely stay here !
