The Sandy Feet Retreat Unit A is located STEPS from the beach, as well as the main strip of Tybee shops, bars, and restaurants! This home features a screened in porch with a ping pong table, an exposed deck with a grill, outdoor seating area and hammock, an expansive backyard with a fire pit and seating, a fully stocked kitchen, a large family and dining room with a smart tv, and shared washer and dryer! This property is the perfect family beach house! This 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 Queen beds and 1 King bed. This home boasts an expansive backyard with a fire pit and seating area as well as a back patio with a grill and outdoor dining set. The screened in porch has a ping pong table that connects with french doors to the open concept living area. Please Note** The Sandy Feet Retreat is a two unit duplex. This is the listing for the upper unit, Unit A.

The instructions for parking were a little confusing but the stay was great, the house is an easy walk to the beach and pier.
The place is a little dated, but has a great atmosphere and stylish decor. The master has a huge bathroom. It’s in a great location and walkable to a quiet area of the beach. We were disappointed that the hammock was not there as advertised, but the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances/kitchen items (except salt haha but that may have just been our bad luck). Overall, we had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, old school beach cottage feel. Conveniently located with a large yard and plenty of space outdoors. Thank you for everything!

The Sandy Feet Retreat (Unit A) is located on the south end of Tybee Island and is one block from the beach! Located by the Tybee Island pier, Pier 16 Restaurant (a favorite local spot for lunch or dinner) surf shops, bars, gas stations, and ice cream shops! You can't beat the location of the Sandy Feet Retreat.
Free parking is available at the property. Once you are settled in, there are options to rent golf carts and bikes for the duration of your stay on the island!
However, our property is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops so you do not need to purchase transportation if you do not wish to!
Parking on the island is metered to the city of Tybee.
