Phil’s accommodation was perfect for our stay in Invercargill. It was clean, tidy, comfortable, easy to find and had everything we needed, especially for self catering. Situated just 5 minutes walk from beautiful Queen’s Park (a must) and about 25 minutes from the centre of Invercargill. Would recommend as an ideal place to stay while exploring Invercargill and the wider area, such as Bluff and Riverton.

We had a great stay! Everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Felt like a home away from home. It was quiet and the bed was comfy. Walkable to town. A great park across the road, and walking tracks not far away. Great base for visiting Invercargill.
