Excellently stocked kitchen with good range of pans, casserole dishes, etc. Heating is central heating powered by our brand new gas combination boiler and controlled using the room thermostat to ensure a constant cosy temperature is kept at all times. NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodation we have HIVE central heating controlled by guests to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night. Bathroom with mains fed (from brand new combination boiler) shower, towel radiator, wc, wash hand basin/storage drawer and tiled flooring. Ample free on-street parking right in front of the property. No permit is required.
