The room was on the first floor, was quiet and cozy, perfect to calm down after a busy day in the city. Although the Sheperd's Bush station was only 2 minutes walk away, the neighborhood was quiet and relaxed. The Air BnB is perfect to explore all districts of London. Ruth was always available and kindness in person. She waited to give us the keys and intro to the apartment although we arrived late due to our plane was delayed. Tee, Coffee and even oat milk was available in the room and Ruth offered tap water refill every day :) A second guest room was on the same floor, but due to the soft rug, we heard nearly nothing. The bathroom was renewed and clean, and to be shared with the other guests which was not problem at all. Iron, hairdryer, towels were included. We would definitely come back and recommend the apartment. Thank you :)

I think Ruth's was the most impeccably clean AirBnB I have ever stayed it. Spotless! Superb location, quiet and safe and in a lovely residential street just off the main Shepherd's Bush drag. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Très bon séjour dans le logement proposé par Ruth. Endroit calme et très propre. Ruth est très serviable, aimable et très proactive. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour un week-end prolongé à Londres puisqu’il est très bien desservi et proche du metro.

Ruth is a lovely host. Always going the extra mile to make our stay even better. I arrived earlier than check out time and still she was super welcome and accommodated us straight away. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Thank you x
