Lucio place was a great Apartment.. lots of walkable places very close to the beach. Place is very clean!! Ubers are really reasonable and fast pick up in that area. Only thing I will suggest is to keep the windows and doors close due to mosquitoes but other than that I will rebook again when back in Punta Cana. Thank you Lucio

Functional, large apartment in a very nice new building 100m from a busy beach. Comfortable for a family of 3 or 4, clean, near restaurants. We had difficulties upon checking in as there were no towels, no toiletries and no blankets as listed. Upon requesting blankets hosts were dismissive (you need a cover when the ac is on! Essential!) and needed AirBnB s interference to get what was described. Lucio, the host kept on stating we d need to pay for extra electricity when Miguel, the co host, said otherwise twice , which was frustrating. I think the issue is that they manage too many units and cant keep up with the condition of every unit when it s busy season. Arriving tired and having no towels, toiletries and blankets is not ok and “we ll bring it tomorrow” is a bad outcome for guests needing rest. Other than that once we had all essentials we had a pleasant stay. I recommend it but know that the sofa bed is in poor shape so Is say the limit is 4 people not 5 unless they change it

Perfect location, only steps from the beach. There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance. The place was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time staying there!

This condo was AMAZING!!! The pictures is EXACTLY how it looks!!! It was clean, super close to the beach and had plenty of places to eat within walking distance. There are 2 small markets on the same street. If you do any excursions, we used Impressions Resort as a landmark for tour buses to pick us up…just a 5 minute walk. Lucio and Miguel were very fast at responding and made renting this place super easy considering it was my first time renting an AirBnB!!! We will be definitely renting this location again!!!

An incredibly comfortable place, close to everything and the beach as well, it feels like being at home, my boyfriend and I enjoyed it a lot. Lucio was an incredible host, he answered each of the questions he had and was very flexible with the arrival time!! That gave him a lot of extra points. I recommend it 100%
