Annette went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were moving to the area and needed a place whilst we awaited our house settlement. Gifts for the kids and fur babies and is. Checked in to ensure we were ok.

From the moment we booked and engaged with Annette we felt welcomed and a part of her extended family. Her home, whilst small like ours is, had spacious uncluttered finishing and being so close to the shops and the beach, we figured that there was enough space for us & the (4) kids. Which there was. Having a brand new kitchen, a handy outdoor dining and BBQ area and huge backyard - we chilled out within a day of arriving. Old Bar is a quiet town with friendly locals. Nothing pretentious or snooty. Safe and patrolled main beach to take a dip in ... but a magnificent natural walking loop past great coffee shops to return along a shell free squeaky beach. I'm sure that we didn't even discover a 1/2 of Old Bar ... a recipe to return! Thank you Annette - a delightful, recharging stay in your beautiful home and town!
