While the space is practical, comfortable, very clean, and brand new, we had a complicated stay. Our first reservation was cancelled, and after Jeff reassured me it was done by Airbnb and not him, I rebooked. He kept claiming on 3 separate occasions (days apart) that the reservation was not paid, looking at the cancelled one, despite a phone call to him to explain, and sending screenshots, and calling Airbnb. He came by at 9am on our checkout day to sort it out and was polite, but my friends were caught by surprise. If he wanted to cancel our res and have us pay outside of the app, he could’ve been direct about it. The only issue with the space itself is the rusty/iron-rich water; the beds were good and the kitchen was phenomenal despite some dirty implements. The $30/extra person fee above 4 is very reasonable. We would recommend this space but are not sure what to make of the communications issues.

Great location and space for snowmobiling. Easy trail access and plenty of parking.

Great place to stay! Owner was very responsive and friendly. Everything was great my only advice to people staying here is to bring your own water and things like trash bags etc. Otherwise no complaints!

We loved the house, it's a brand new build, very private & the porch was a nice perk to be able to enjoy the fresh air and view of the river. The house was clean, well stocked with general appliances & utensils. Jeffrey was very responsive to our questions upon arrival & even went above and beyond as to send me the brand of bed because it was so comfortable! The one qualm about our stay was the water pressure & temperature and quality. It was very rich in iron, sediment being left in the sinks and toilets, we had to go out to buy drinking water and only one person in our group showered once because the sediment stayed in their hair.
