At your check-in you'll find fresh plates of fruits waiting for you as good welcome all communication was with someone called Aya, I don't really know who was she or what are her responsibilities but she was responsive as we needed to change type of the plates found as they were bad type to be used in microwave place is in the 2nd floor in which hadn't been mentioned in description & I hadn't really ask, so my old mom suffered every time we went out, water dispenser wasn't workin, ants were everywhere actually but there was insects spray Fishland, the only restaurant mentioned in description was not working all the four days period, don't know if its working at all & actually I hadn't use delivery flat, needs maintenance inside in the flat itself in one toilet flush which was broken all time, terrace window was very hard to be opened needs good health adult everytime , the whole building needs cleaning, roof needs maintenance too Pools were in very good condition & safe for children

My stay was perfect, the communication with the Ahmed was very good. The house itself was good too. It was equipped with everything we needed. Is a joy to stay in, highly recommended.
