Location in Beaumont is good, but almost no street parking. Narrow walkway down the side to the back entry, no lights, no signage. Well appointed suite - modern, clean looking, need to address the dangerous height of the white wall shelf in the hall. An exercise machine oddly located in the front hall. Fridge still had food in it, and the microwave & stove top were dirty. No wine glasses which Obi responded to & provided.
