House was great! HUGE and tons of room! we have 2 adults and 3 kids and didn't feel cramped at all. Close to everything we needed. This would be a great warm weather stay to enjoy backyard games. Marika was nearby so we had the pleasure of meeting her. Tons of amenities. If you forgot any toiletries... she had them for you. This will be our place to stay when we return.

Pictures don’t really do this place justice. It is large and lovely! Even though there are many wonderful restaurants and attractions nearby, we found ourselves wanting to spend as much time in the apartment as possible. It’s so cozy and inviting. Marika/Hosanna were very responsive to our questions. Our only regret was that we were not able to take advantage of the wrap around porch as we were visiting in winter. A good reason to return in better weather!
Marika and Hosanna were wonderful hosts. Super responsive, proactive, and flexible, particularly with information regarding snow storm. It’s a very old home split into four units. This unit is very nicely updated and appointed. It was very homey. With the cold weather and snow, I was very happy spending my down time in this cozy home. On a busy street, but very quiet. It’s set a good ways off the road. I never heard outside noise or neighbor noise. You may have to wait a bit to get out of the driveway during high travel times, but location is excellent. Just a few minutes to downtown Geneva and 5-10 minutes from downtown St. Charles. Would definitely stay here again.
We came to the area to visit relatives over the Christmas holiday and needed a little extra space. Marika's place was great. We are especially fond of the Geneva area so being less than a mile from the center of downtown was ideal. We had plenty of space and Marika was a responsive host, with thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed our brief stay and would visit here again.
