This place was absolutely perfect for what my husband and I needed. The owner was great about making sure our expectations were met. The location was great. We loved the lanai overlooking the bay. The beach was a very short walk. The owner even provides a wagon to carry the umbrella and beach chairs (again, all of it is provided. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic needs…who really wants to cook a lot at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. Stayed for 7 days and we had everything we needed. Fun to sit in the screened room and walk the yacht club. Would definitely recommend this place 👍

My husband and I stayed in Mad Beach for two weeks. Suzanne’s place felt like home almost immediately. It is very conveniently located to great restaurants and gorgeous Madeira Beach. It’s a lively neighborhood but Suzanne’s place is very quiet. We definitely recommend this condo for two people. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

This is a super condo in the heart of Madeira Beach. Everything was spotless and good working order when we arrived. The flat-screen TV system took a little getting used to, as you might expect at most rentals. Galley kitchen works well for two. Screen lanai is a perfect dining location overlooking the canal marina. All the beach accoutrements including wagon for carrying beach chairs, umbrella and sand auger. There are pickleball courts nearby, and an Intercostal fishing pier. Sunsets are free and nightly. Winn Dixie and CVS a minute walk. And the glorious white sand Madeira Beach just across Gulf Avenue, as is renown Saltwater Hippie bar. It’s an easy drive to endless tourist destinations. Bonus: Suzanne is an excellent communicator.

My mom and I came down for a birthday getaway and wow did Suzanne host us fabulously! Great descriptions great instructions and answered all our questions and even had a birthday surprise for us when we arrived! The location is fabulous, sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the little harbor was wonderful for all our meals and I could get to the beach in a quick walk. We had a wonderful time🥰🥰
