Lovely, quiet, well equipped apartment with a balcony overlooking a wildlife sanctuary. Easy walk to Sandringham beach but bus stop outside the building. Would definitely consider staying again!

Very sweet, clean modern apartment in a large complex with lovely swimming pool, cafe and IGA all onsite. Comfortable bed and every possible amenity provided. Located on Bay Rd so a little bit of traffic noise, but quiet of an evening and blocked out with the double glazing. The setting from the lounge across to the nature reserve is lovely and serene.

All the accolades already on the site are spot on. Kitty is a wonderful host. Her apartment is conveniently located close to shops and beaches. It is beautifully decorated and in a secure building with secure underground parking. The double glazing effectively soundproofs the apartment and, together with the air conditioning, enabled me to breeze through 3 days of extreme heat in total comfort. The bed is very comfortable too and Kitty really has provided everything that you might need for a most enjoyable stay.

While I was only able to spend one night here this would have been the perfect apartment for a longer term stay. Spacious, clean and comfortable with great amenities. Kitty was a great host. Quiet building, perfect for settling into the neighborhood.
