An absolutely serene spot to stay just south of Shreveport. Laura was the sweetest and most helpful host, always checking in to make sure I had all the comforts. I felt right at home and like Snow White surrounded by all the cute creatures. The cabin was immaculate and cozy. The surrounding woods, trails, and lake were lovely as well. Definitely plan to go back!

I wish bonus stars were allowed to be given because a 5 star rating just isn’t high enough! My family and I stayed here for my son’s state archery tournament over the weekend. Mrs Mary and her husband Mr Mitch were the absolute most gracious hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet! We were late arriving and had to have a late check out; Mrs Mary was quick to accommodate us for both. The cabin was very clean, had comfortable beds, ample linens, and even had a fully stocked fridge and snack basket for us! On Saturday morning, we had time to relax on the porch while drinking our coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. I only wish we would have had time to hike the trails and fish in the pond. We would love to return here in the future!

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay with Mary. From first communication and through out our stay, Mary was available with warmth and hospitality to ensure we had the most amazing experience in her beautiful space. Easily our best Air B and B experience to date and we will be back!

Mary’s cabin is a wonderful retreat in the country. Mrs. Mary was a wonderful host who was responsive to our every need. She even provided a breakfast for us to cook. Would love to stay here again.
