We have stayed on various parts of 30A and this was by far our favorite stay. We loved that the house was one level, which seems super rare around the beach. The home was VERY clean. The home had everything that you may need/ want, and then some! We never thought “ I wish the home had this”. All of the essentials to care for the home were provided. Tracey was always so quick to respond. We loved the playground in the backyard, the kids ran out to play each morning. Everyday our kids uncovered even more “treasure” to keep them occupied from books to games and more! The home is inland a bit, which we actually enjoyed because it was private and quiet. We frequented Grayton Beach State Park every day. We think it’s the best beach access! We loved Hurricanes for lunch and Amici’s 30A for probably the BEST Mexican food around! There is a curated collection of books on the bookcase for all ages. We loved the home, the vibe, and especially the host. Make this your next stay on 30A!

We had a great stay with tons of amenities, plenty of space, and a quick drive to the beach. I would definitely book again!
