Gino e Daniela, persone sempre gentiissime e presenti. Se ti serve qualcosa, sempre a disposizone. L´ospitalitá grandiosa. Come benvenuto c´era un cestino con diverse cose deliziose. Mi sono sentito come a casa e anche di piú. Non volevo neanche piú tornare a casa mia. L´appartamento era grande e sempre pulita, c´era tutto quello che avevi bisogno. La piscina era bellissima e sempre pulita, tutti i giorni gli asciugamani nuovi. Fuori c´era il frigorifero e il grill, tavoli, sedie, gli sdraini, gli ombrelloni e di tutto quello che ti serviva per stare benissimo. C´era pure il parcheggio con il cancello a telecomando. L´ultima mattina Gino ci ha portato per colazione dei pasticcini, che delizia. Insomma Daniela e Gino saranno sempre vicino al mio cuore. Grazie. Abbiamo dato 5 stelle perché più non è possibile, appartamento stremamente pulito,completo di ttutto,cucina super abitabile con tutto l'occorrente, i proprietari (GINO e DANIELA) persone fantastiche, simpatiche , allegre amichevoli,disponibili,attenti ad ogni dettaglio, ci hanno fatto sentire davvero a casa,non vediamo l'ora di tornare, lo consigliamo vivamente.

This place is wonderful and so are the hosts. Book it! There is so much to say, but I will hit the highlights. We stayed for over 3 weeks with a three-year old and a one-year old. Particularly, I want to emphasize that this place is perfect for families. The place is a spacious, stylish apartment overlooking the pool area with olive trees and grapevines beyond. Its a private spot. it is nestled between two hills that gives it a cozy feel, but still a short walk (20 min) to the town Gubbio. The pool area is the star of the show. The pool is clean with all the amenities, including sunbathing chairs, floaties, and children's toys. There is an outside kitchen and dining area right next to the pool, which is luxurious. There's a lot of grass for the kids to run and plan, even with a small soccer net. Gino & Daniela helped just keep the area tidy, the pool clean, and kept the water tank full, just to mention a few things. Gino & Daniella themselves are the most kind and accommodating hosts I've ever encountered on Airbnb after my dozens of stays. They are decent people and accommodating hosts. Their good deeds are too many to mention here, but include buying toys and a high chair for our small children, baking my wife a birthday cake and putting up decorations, and giving us a fun and informative cooking class of traditional food. We will not forget them! PS - Gubbio is a gorgeous town.

Topkarakter! Dette er det helt perfekte sted for en skøn, skøn sommerferie for en børnefamilie som vores - med hund! Vi giver dette sted vores varmeste anbefalinger til andre familier efter vores sommerferie i juli 2022. Stedet og udearealerne indbyder til afslapning, hygge og sjov med familien. Vi nød i den grad poolen, udekøkkenet, den smukke have og den fine og godt indrettede lejlighed. Gino og Daniela er de meste perfekte og omsorgsfulde værter på en god og professionel måde. De er der, når du har brug for dem på alle måder - og deres gæstfrihed og opmærksomhed på deres gæster er helt unik. Vi vil med glæde vende tilbage igen!
