I just can't say enough good things about Jessica and her place. The house was easy to find and spotless upon our arrival. And what a pleasure to work with Jessica - she's the ideal host! She was always a step ahead of us with details and instructions, and also very quick to respond to our messages. We loved the modern style of the house. It was spacious enough for our crowd - seven of us in total. We enjoyed spending a pleasant evening in the quiet backyard underneath the pergola. Overall, we felt very comfortable and at home here. We'd definitely recommend it - and hope to stay here again on our next trip to Indy!

Jessica is a great host and her home was a wonderful place to stay. We felt at home here. The kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms were clean and had plenty of linens. Bedrooms have comfortable beds! We slept great! We loved the outdoor space— fenced yard was perfect for our grandkids and dog. Jessica was so kind and very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend her and her home!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this location. It is well maintained, clean, and we enjoyed the retro vibe of the home. The host is very responsive and positive. There are a couple maintenance fixes that could be made to the home. The door to the master bedroom has a hinge loose. This was also the first time that a door leading to the backyard was only in a master bedroom, and that was not my favorite while having pets and children, plus the rainy weather being against us (muddy paws). The walls are also very echo-like. I could hear my kids playing in their bedroom as though the door was open when it was closed; this only made it difficult to hear others in nearest living room. However, our stay was pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and not too busy, which helps make the overall stay relaxing.

Jessica was a great host! She was proactive in her communication and had a strong desire to make sure we had everything we needed. All check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house was perfect for my husband and I to get together with our adult children and their two dogs for a long weekend. And, was not lacking for TVs which was especially nice for the opening NCAA basketball tourney! :)
