Unit 2. This two bedroom apartment in a historic home is located near the heart of Luverne. Close to: Blue Mounds State Park, restaurants, library, gym, an amazing local brewery & just down the street from the grocery store. We are 30 Miles from Sioux Falls, SD which is just down I-90. Perfect for Short Term Workforce Stays. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on premise. Window AC's. Keyless Entry and WiFi. This unit has basic cable (Local stations only) Off Street Parking. If you have a larger party, a second unit with a Queen bedroom is available for rent through Airbnb upon request.

Wonderful place for a overnight or extended stay. My family just spent 1 night. Was easy to find and had off street parking.
Jennifer was so great to work with! We traveled with our 1.5 yo son. She anticipated our needs and was honest that her home was not child-proofed. Absolutely not an issue but it was so nice that she was thinking of potential hazards for our little one. She was so sweet to leave banana bread in the fridge too! The place was spotless, homey, and the perfect size for us. Thank you so much for a great stay, we will be back when visiting friends in the future!

The city of Luverne is located just off of I90, 30 miles from Sioux Falls. From here you are just minutes to Blue Mound State Park, and 30 miles from the Pipestone National Monument. This is a great place for your outdoor adventures to begin.

Your hosts are my son Tristan and myself. We are outdoor enthusiasts and have traveled all over the midwest to find the best hiking spots. Our historic property in Luverne was purchased as it close to Blue Mounds State Park, the Pipestone National Monument and Sioux Falls, SD. As we continue renovating, all three units will soon be open. Unit 2 is our first completed and we hope you enjoy your stay. We will also soon be opening a property in Balaton, MN in 2023!
