overall I would say Shezad is a very welcoming host very responsive and flexible. but having stayed at many other locations in Karachi, this stay wasn't up to par in terms of cleanliness and decor. it's poorly maintained and not very clean. just my honest opinion, for some people it might be acceptable for others absolutely not, since I did notice cockroaches. I would recommend Shezad to do a complete makeover of the interior of the apartment, and to keep it clean.
