Very nice furnishings, very responsive concierge. Everything as advertised. Quiet side of the lake, so not much boat traffic. There is noise from the highway and nearby marina, but neighbors are very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the service we received.

This is our 6th year staying at Lake Norman (different house each year). This house was perfect! Super clean and comfortable. Tons of amenities (and we cook every day/night). Perfect size for our entire family. The backyard with all the seating was perfect for lazy mornings, filled with lots of coffee and conversations. Even had room for yard games. The dock was perfect for those that wanted to relax by the water without getting in. The location of the house/dock was good. A little more traffic than we have experienced before but we were close to a marina (can see from the dock). It was still nice and quiet. The only “issue” we encountered was the temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs (a lot cooler downstairs). We had a slight mishap happen in one of the bathrooms which was taken care of very quickly. Great to work with and very easy!! It didn’t cause us to miss anything. We would definitely recommend staying here.
