I had the best stay. The house is very clean and has everything you need; the building has many amenities: everything just perfect. Paul is a great host, very welcoming and helpful. If I had the chance I’d definitely be back!

Paul was a friendly and responsive host and the apartment was nice with a view of the lake in the distance. The building was very nice with great amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

TLDR: I would happily stay at Paul's place again! I stayed for 2 months for a contract downtown. I walked to work every day, and I always felt safe walking back, even late at night, since it is a very dog-friendly neighborhood and people are always out walking their dogs. The apt had plenty of space for me; I loved that the bed is in its own alcove, so it feels like it's in a different room, even without a door. The apt is EXACTLY like the pictures, sunny and beautiful. (Great TV!) The neighborhood is really quiet, and I slept great. (The neighbors are super quiet, too.) The building is REALLY nice; everything feels new and very well maintained. The common areas (gym/game room/library, etc.) are really spacious and quiet if you need a change of scene. Paul was a great host; the apt was missing a couple of things when I moved in, and he had everything taken care of by 9 a.m. the next morning. Great place, great host!
