I stayed in room C - it was as cozy as advertised! The room is quite small - it was a perfect size for me, for a weekend, but something to keep in mind if you’re considering a longer stay. Wifi was very fast, which was important since I telework. Kitchen was clean and easy to use. It’s a shared space so I could hear other guests in the kitchen at various points between 10pm-6am, but no noise from other rooms. Matellah was always very responsive to any questions I had. Would absolutely stay again, thanks Matellah!

I hate stairs and was glad that this was a single story home. The owner doesn’t live there but, was there to greet me my day of arrival. The other room mates were friendly and contributed to keeping our area clean. The home was equipped with everything I needed for a home away from home. I worked as a travel nurse and was able to walk about three to four blocks to and from st. Joseph’s hospital. I was satisfied with the experience. I would rent from Matellah, again in the future for sure.
