My stay was great. The view was amazing. It’s right on the beach. The only issue was we had no hit water in the showers.

Jorg's penthouse condo at Kite Beach was an amazing home base for a relaxing vacation in the Dominican Republic with our two kids, ages 13 and 10. The condo was as advertised: clean, well provisioned for comfort and cooking, and with truly breathtaking views. Jorg's communication before and during our stay was top notch, and a local woman was on hand to help with any questions or needs we had. We took many long beach walks right from the condo. There are quite a few local restaurants right near by, and the vibe in the area was safe, friendly, and relaxing. Lots of families and friendly faces. Parking, water, small market, fruit stand, and taxis right across the street were super convenient. Be sure to get clear directions from Jorg if you are new to the area. We'd also like to put in a plug for three favorite excursions we did: Chocolate Mountain (airbnb experience), Damajagua waterfalls, and a day at Playa Grande. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing place to stay! Gorgeous view of the ocean. Great patio and initimate terrasse for good times with friends. I highly recommend this rbnb if you are a beach lover. There is also plenty of activites nearby to do. Only small hiccup upon arrival is that the rbnb was not cleaned but the host was very proactive to resolve the issue promptly and gave us a discount. We arrived on a holiday so I think the cleaning lady got confused with our arrival time. Other then that, which was a minor issue, I have nothing to say. The host and the place are amazing. I highly recommend.

Had a wonderful week at Jorge. The view from the two decks were amazing. I really enjoyed the new barbecue grill to cook meals.  I highly recommend Jorge’s penthouse apartment for a kitesurfing vacation.
